In pioneering the concept of social dog boarding 14 years ago, our philosophy has been simple: Provide a clean, safe, well chaperoned environment in which to board dogs socially.

We believe that dogs, gregarious by nature, have excellent social skills and that the company of one another helps diminish the anxiety of boarding and being away from home. To see them together, either in playful moods or totally relaxed, or to see the friendships borne in our establishment is to understand the humanity of our concept. A wagging tail is what we're all about; it's our goal and our greatest reward.

Constant human touch and a homey environment are also fundamental to our boarding philosophy. With our staff of devoted animal lovers and the singular attention we give each pet, it's natural that we get to know our boarders. The scratch behind the ear or the Eskimo kiss is an instinct we don't have to coach.

We're the first to tell you that our concept isn't suitable for all dogs. However, for those with a neighborly disposition, you will find no better environment for both the physical and emotional care your pet deserves.

Dog Boarding

With staff on hand 24-hours a day, we board dogs socially in playgroups suited to their size and disposition. All first time boarders are introduced to fellow guests slowly and carefully to make sure that no problems arise and give them ample time to make new friends.

With certain dogs, we sometimes require a pre-boarding visit to insure compatibility. In the interest of overall harmony, we do not accept dogs with aggressive tendencies, unless prior arrangements are made for one of our separation rooms.

Cat Boarding

We board cats in oversized cages in a separate cat room. On a daily basis, we allow each cat time outside of the cage. During this time they are free to enjoy the amenities we provide - the cat condo, the scratching post, playtime with us or a simple catnap.

Required Vaccinations

Fleas and Ticks

We do not accept pets with fleas or ticks. If needed, we can arrange to have our groomers bathe your pet.

Reservations

We require reservations, especially during busy holiday weekends. You;ll find the reservation and check-in process quite convenient once your pet's file has been established. Though staff is on hand 24-hours a day, we ask that you make your reservations during our normal store hours (8:00am to 8:00 pm) and that any cancellations be made at least two days prior to boarding.

On holidays only, the 72-hour cancellation policy must be adhered to or we will charge your credit card for the intended stay. We provide 1/2 day and full-day, daycare for those who would like to break the "home alone" monotony. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX and require a valid credit card number on file. However, you may use any payment you choose.

Drop Off and Pick Up Times

You may drop off your dog or cat beginning at 8:00 am. You may pick up until 8:00 pm. Any variation must be negotiated prior to boarding date and a small surcharge will be added to your bill. At 10:00 pm we close for the night.

We close from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm for feeding and walking. We will not accept drop offs or pick ups during that hour. This is to insure the safety of your pet.
Only the people you authorize
will be permitted to pick up your pet.
